Driven by my passion for eyelash extensions and the beauty industry, I established an academy with the mission of providing top-tier training for individuals seeking to enter the field and uphold the highest standards in eyelash extension services and help pass my passion and what I have learnt throughout the years onto others.

I am a multi award winning social media manager for beauty, hair, aesthetics and wellness industries for 5 years now - cor that's a long time. I have won awards for Best Social Media Manager, Organic engagement, Empowering women and more. I have a few celebrity clients that I work with in London but shhh I can't tell you who, I also work with small businesses across the UK & USA. One part of my job I love is content filming and capturing business owners in their authentic space doing what they love. I then get to put the content I have filmed into eye catching reels and ads and watch my finished work of art, do it's thing all over their socials. I am also a Social Media and Mum in business coach helping mums in business juggle children and their income. Can you tell I love socials? I am a qualified Marketing Manager with a diploma and level 5 digital marketing - but socials are my thing! I like making accounts look pretty and attractive for their audiences. I am so pleased to be a judge for this awards as I really want people to have that recognition they deserve and not bought! I started my journey in the beauty industry back in 2006, and what an incredible journey it’s been!

In 2019, driven by my passion to elevate my craft, I flew to LA to train in Russian manicure. Four years later, I returned to further upskill in hard gel and e-file pedicures. In 2022, I dedicated a full year to advanced training with a Canadian nail master to take my skills to the next level!

But it doesn’t stop there—I’m passionate about helping others grow, succeed, and shine in this industry. I went back to college to complete a mentoring course, and..... in 2024, I unlocked my full potential with Tony Robbins in Germany! My journey of growth never ends because I believe in passing on the best knowledge to you.

Here’s a little proud moment—over the last eight years, I’ve trained more than 650 incredible beauty therapists and nail techs, won 28 awards (including Academy of the Year), and in 2023, I launched Victoria Quinn, my very own gel brand, which runs alongside all my education.

Claire Raymond rapidly became one of the Southwests most sort after PMU Artists back in 2016, and has become a highly recognised name throughout Cornwall when it comes to Permanent Makeup. 

Her drive to achieve perfect results every single time, as well as her constant thirst for knowledge, has lead her to train with many of the world’s best Permanent Makeup Artists.

Claire prides herself in continuously updating her skill set to adapt with the ever evolving PMU industry. This drive and skill set hasn’t gone unnoticed, leading her to receive many prestigious, national and global awards for her work over the years. Claire’s expertise doesn’t stop there. The past 2 years we have seen her demonstrating her skills and judging events globally, at some of the industries most prestigious events.

​Kara has been in the industry for 28yrs and along side this has ran her own business since she was 22 yrs old. Kara has trained with Toni & Guy , she has travelled to Holland to gain her master stylist with Keune. Kara is currently working under Kerastase for a year long program as a care coach, which gives her a deeper understanding of the science behind the hair & scalp. Aswell she has  been trained in Kerastase K-Scan which gives a microscopic look at hair health and scalp diagnosis. Kara is an expert on hair health and brings expertise in all aspects of hairdressing.

Chloe brings a further 12 yrs experience and after starting her career at a salon she has flourished into an expert of colour. Early on Chloe was recognised for her colour talent and leadership skill set which gained her salon manager at age 20yrs, working along side an experienced hair stylist she soaked up every opportunity given. Chloe has gone on to train with Redken, Hair Rehab London, Kevin Murphy and also travelling to cork to have specialist training from Sharon Blain a session stylist specialist who had travelled from Australia to teach a small group of talented hair stylist including Kara.

Chloe - “ I have a strong passion for colouring and hair extensions, this is where my knowledge excels. I’m always learning and currently working close with Loreal .” 

Kara & Chloe have worked together for 12yrs and have recently opened Torquay’s luxury salon together, becoming well known for hair health and in-depth knowledge of scalp & hair loss concerns .

Laura Lewis is the owner of a multi award winning super salon & Training Academy ( the first one in somerset and Wiltshire ) she is a hair loss and hair extension expert that has been in the industry for over 20 years starting hair extensions when she was just 15 years old due to suffering with her own hair loss, she took a break for a while to raise her children and then moved to Somerset 10 years ago where she decided to make her passion for hair and hair loss a full time career and has never looked back. she decided to re train and completed a business course while also adding new methods to her repertoire deciding to train with the best of the best in her industry she then gained her VIP Salon status, laura has clients who travel far and wide and easily builds very strong relationships with all her clients especially those who visit her for hair loss her incredible caring nature and attention to detail in all she does is what keeps the customers coming back

Laura has worked along side many influential people in the industry and in 2024 went to Morocco to shoot her own hair loss products campaign as well as style models for top brands, Laura is well known for stying celebrities and influencers and you will often see her as a speaker at hair and beauty events across the country sharing her story and helping others in her industry.

I'm immensely driven to do my best in all aspects of business, whilst empowering other buisness owners to work hard to succeed.

I'm extremely passionate about every treatment i offer to each client that walks through my clinic doors.

I devote a vast amount of my time to excel and learn to be at the forefront of my craft - knowledge really is power.

My passion is every thing tattooing.

I am extremely honoured to be asked to be an expert judge for the Pmu and Fine line tattoo categories - this is a pinch me moment.

I have over 30 years' experience in the hair & beauty industry, travelling all over the world as an educator and now specialising in wedding hair and makeup education and coaching. I really enjoy ‘giving back’ now and sharing my knowledge however I can to encourage and motivate emerging and growing talent in this business, helping to raise and maintain industry standards. I’ve been an industry judge many times before, currently year 5 with TWIA after winning many awards myself.

I ran three family owned hair & beauty salons in Bristol for many years; the flagship salon in Clifton village was built from scratch and launched following my own personal industry success with competitions, awards and collaborations with major hair and beauty brands
